Private Billing

We are a private billing practice and do not normally offer Bulk Billing. However, Doctors may use their discretion and Bulk Bill. Please call us on 9185 3555 for further information.

No Medicare card

  • Patients without a valid Medicare or concession card will pay a private fee

Allied Health, Dental, Specialists, non-standard services

  • Private fees may apply
  • All private health funds accepted
  • Fees paid on the day of appointment
  • Major credit cards & EFTPOS
  • Some services can be claimed under WorkCover, CTP claims consultations, a Chronic Disease Management Plan or Mental Health Care Plan
  • Speak to reception for further details

  • We are committed to preventative health and support Commonwealth and State Reminder programs. This means we may occasionally send you information by SMS/mail on these programs such as Vaccinations and Cervical Screening
  • If you do not want to receive these reminders, advise your Doctor, Health Professional or reception

Book an appointment with your Doctor

  • To discuss your test results, Reception cannot give these results to you for privacy reasons
  • For referrals, letters or repeat scripts

To transfer your medical record to another medical practice we need

  • An authorised request from you or your new medical practice
  • Your signed consent and proof of identity
  • Payment of the administrative fee. You will be contacted by our team and advised the fee
  • Up to 5 weeks to process
